Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude plus77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your plus77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
